Terms & Conditions

 

To confirm your reservation: 30% non-refundable deposit is required within 2 days of booking.
Payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer. However, all bank service charges (as may be applied by your bank and intermediate bank) are borne by the payer.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation the following applies:

 

1. Right to refund 100% of the deposit for cancellation 21 days before the scheduled arrival date.
2. Right to a refund of 50% of the deposit for cancellation from 20 to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date.
3. The right to refund the deposit for cancellations from 7 days before the scheduled arrival date until check-in does not apply.
4. In case of no show (No show) there is a charge of 100% of the total reservation. The above also applies to check-in after 24:00 of the scheduled arrival date.
